Bermula sebagai pensyarah biasa di Jabatan sains dan Matematik pada tahun 1995 dan kemudiannya dilantik sebagai Ketua Jabatan sains dan Matematik mulai tahun 1....sehingga tahun......Selain daripada terlibat dalam bidang pengurusan dan akademik di IPGKTHO,saya juga terlibat dengan pelbagai program diperingkat IPGM KPM seperti menjadi ...........Saya juga merupakan panel penemuduga calon PISMP sejak tahun.....Selain daripada itu saya juga terlibat dengan bahagian Buku Teks KPM sebagai....

Januari 1991 - Jun 1995Bertugas di SMKA Segamat sebagai Ketua Panitia Kemahiran Hidup.Jurulatih Pasukan Bola Tampar SMKA Segamat B15(L) dan B18(L) dan menjadi jurulati Pasukan Bola Tampar MSSD Segamat B18(L) ke MSSJ.Mac 1998 - Dis 2002Bertugas di SMK Sri Rahmat, Johor Bahru sebagai Ketua Bidang Pebdidikan Teknik dan VokasionalMengajar mata pelajaran Kemahiran Hidup (Sains Pertanian) tingkatan 3 dan Sains Pertanian tingkatan 4 dan 5.Jurulatih Pasukan Bola Tampar B15(P) dan B18(P) SMK Sri Rahmat dan menjadi pengurus Pasukan Bola Tampar MSSD Johor Bahru ke MSSJ.Jan 2003 - April 2007Bertugas di SMK Impian Emas, Johor Bahru sebagai Ketua Panitia Kemahiran Hidup dan Ketua Guru Disiplin.Guru penasihat Kelab Kejara dan membimbing pelajar ke pertandingan KEJARA peringkat Negeri.April 2007 - SekarangBertugas di Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Tun Hussein Onn, Batu Pahat (IPG KTHO) di Jabatan Pendidikan Teknik dan Vokasional.Sebagai Ketua Bidang Sain Pertanian dan Mengajar Kursus-kursus berkaitan

Sepanjang menjawat jawatan sebagai Ketua Unit penglibatan secara akti dengan Institut Pendidikan Guru Malaysia (IPGM) dalam pengurusan program-program Latihan/Kursus Dalam Perhidmatan.
